During this season of giving, we would like to acknowledge one of our Major Sponsors – genAG. This is the third year that genAG has supported 4-H Manitoba as a Pledge Sponsor and we are so thankful to have such a great company on board.
When asked why they choose to support 4-H Manitoba, they said: “At genAG, we believe in the power of “learning by doing.” Supporting 4-H Manitoba means investing in the future of agriculture, and in the young people who will one day lead it. Many of our customers’ families, and even our own team members, have deep roots in 4-H. We see firsthand how the program builds confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility, both on and off the farm. It’s about more than agriculture; it’s about helping youth grow into capable, community-minded leaders. We’re proud to continue supporting 4-H Manitoba and the next generation of farmers, innovators, and changemakers who keep this province growing.”
And here is some genAG news:
It’s been an exciting year of growth and change at genAG. Earlier this year, we made the decision to sell our Kubota line so we can refocus on what we do best; serving Manitoba farmers with large agricultural equipment and the support that keeps it running strong. This allows our team to put even greater energy into our main brands: CLAAS, HORSCH, Spudnik, and Drago.
Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for Down2Earth 2026: an exclusive event happening July 16, 2026 in Winkler. The day will bring together local and European farmers, agronomists, and innovators to explore real-world strategies to collaborate on the ever-looming challenge | Do More with Less. Michael Horsch and the CLAAS team will be part of this year’s lineup, along with a few surprises yet to come. Seats are limited, and details are coming soon.
At genAG, we’re proud to keep investing in the people, ideas, and events that move Manitoba agriculture forward.
Thank you again to genAG for believing in and supporting 4-H Manitoba, it makes all the difference! Visit them at https://genag.com
