Japan York-Benimaru Foundation and 4-H Manitoba Homestay Program
In July 2019, ten 4-H Manitoba members and two chaperones traveled to Japan for two weeks. This travel opportunity is open only to 4-H families who have hosted a Japanese student through our program. If you would like a chance to travel in the future, consider hosting this summer from July 31 – August 14. The 4-H Canada Science Fair!
What interests you? Is there something you would love to test or invent? Do you have a question you could examine that is related to your passion? Whatever it is – the sky is the limit for your Science Fair project.
Go to 4-H Canada Science Fair to learn more. Registration is open September 5, 2019 – January 16, 2020.
4-H Events & Travel Chaperones
Being a chaperone for a 4-H event or trip can be a rewarding opportunity and a unique way to learn more about 4-H programming. The 4-H Manitoba Event Committees are often looking to recruit new committee members.
4-H Manitoba currently hosts the following member events:

- 4-H Manitoba Senior Member Event
- 4-H Manitoba Intermediate Member Overnight Camp
