Provincial Conference

The 2025 Provincial Conference will take place on November 8, 2025. 

This year’s Provincial Conference is being held at The Backyard on Aberdeen. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Conference starts at 9:00 a.m.
Join us for a full day of learning, networking, and inspiration at this year’s Provincial Conference.

We’re excited to welcome Catherine Miller-Mort, Director of Risk Management and Accreditation with 4-H Canada, as our special guest. Catherine will lead sessions on:
Leadership Dynamics, Conflict Resolution and Governance.
Additional programming includes an overview of the LearnUpon online Project Book Program and a peer Q&A session.
Registration Fee: $40.00
Includes snacks and lunch.

Hotel rooms are available at the Days Inn at a discounted rate of $129.00 plus taxes.
Please indicate on your registration form:
If you require a room for Friday night, your roommate’s name, or if you’d like us to pair you with someone or if you will be staying on your own.
We will provide the hotel with a list of registered guests, but you are responsible for payment upon checkout on Saturday.

Mix ’n Mingle FUNdraiser
Date: Friday, November 7th at 7:00 p.m. (night before the conference)
Event: Mix ’n Mingle – A Manitoba-style social at Backyard on Aberdeen
Enjoy an evening of beverages, entertainment, a late-night lunch, and a silent auction. This is a great opportunity for 4-H alumni, leaders, volunteers, and supporters to reconnect and celebrate the impact of 4-H in Manitoba.
