Provincial Conference Roadshow 2026

Join 4-H Manitoba this November for the Provincial Conference Roadshow, a series of regional professional development sessions designed specifically for volunteer leaders.

Whether you’re new to 4-H or have years of experience, the Roadshow offers practical tools, important program updates, opportunities to network with fellow leaders, and ideas you can take back to your club right away.

Lunch or supper is included at every location.

Registration is now open through the 4-H Manitoba Database.

Registration Fee: $40 per person
Multi-Stop Rate: $20 per additional location for leaders attending two or more Roadshow stops

Registration Deadlines:

• November 6, 7 & 8 locations: October 30
• November 14 & 15 locations: November 6

Oak Point Community Club

November 6 | 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

In addition to the core sessions, participants will explore:

• Fun club activity and recreation ideas
• Creative approaches to utilizing area funding

Mennonite Heritage Village, Steinbach

November 7 | 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

In addition to the core sessions, participants will learn:

• Practical applications of AI for 4-H clubs
• Responsible AI use
• Brand standards and best practices

Gainsborough Hall

November 8 | 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

In addition to the core sessions, participants will discover:

• New and non-traditional project opportunities for 4-H clubs

Baptist Church, Souris

November 14 | 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

In addition to the core sessions, participants will enjoy:

• LearnUpon Online Project Book Program overview with Stephanie Colli
• Understanding the challenges youth face in today’s digital landscape with guest speaker Val Caldwell

Dauphin Friendship Centre

November 15 | 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

In addition to the core sessions, participants will discover:

• New and non-traditional project opportunities for 4-H clubs
