The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair is fast approaching and will be held March 30–April 4 at the Keystone Centre in Brandon.
As always, 4-H Manitoba will have a booth set up in the Flynn Arena, where we’ll feature daily crafts and be available to answer questions about 4-H and the many opportunities available to youth across the province.
Be sure to mark your calendar for 4-H Day on Tuesday, March 31! We’ll have a special craft planned for the day, and if you arrive early, you might even receive a 4-H drawstring sportpack (quantities are limited).
And of course, Clover will be there, giving fairgoers the chance to watch a demonstration birth of her calf, Leaf — an experience you won’t want to miss!

4-H Manitoba is excited to be back at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair from March 31 to April 5! As always, Clover and her calf Leaf will be on display at our booth in the Flynn Arena – stop by for fun crafts and great conversations. Tuesday, April 1, is 4-H Day, thanks to the generous support of the Co-ops of Westman through the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba. We’re looking forward to seeing our clubs shine in the Parade of Clubs during the Opening Ceremonies that evening! Plus, join us at 2:30 p.m. at the booth as the Minister of Agriculture for Manitoba brings greetings and presents the King Charles III Coronation Medals to four incredible 4-H Manitoba volunteers in recognition of their contributions to their communities. See you at the Fair!

Tuesday, March 26, 2024 is 4-H Day at the Winter Fair in Brandon. Drop by the 4-H Manitoba booth in the Flynn Arena at the Keystone Centre where Manitoba 4-H Council staff and volunteers have planned some special activities for the kids. Agriculture Minister Ron Kostyshyn is scheduled to bring greetings at 2:30 p.m. M4HC staff and volunteers will also be on hand daily during the weeklong fair, sharing information about the long-running 4-H Manitoba program.

Thanks to Co-Ops of Westman, complimentary tickets to attend the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair are once again available to 4-H members aged 6-17. 4-H leaders and members 18 years of age and over are eligible to purchase at a discounted rate of $15 each. Only one order per club will be accepted, so please coordinate with your Head Leader. Ticket orders and payments will only be accepted until Friday, March 1, 2024 – NO EXCEPTIONS. Once again Manitoba 4-H Council will have a booth at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair over spring break (March 25th – 30th) and we are looking for some great volunteers who would help out for a few hours with the activity area. Volunteer shifts will be from 12 p.m.–3 p.m. and includes admission into the Fair. If you can volunteer to help for one shift or MORE, please contact Kellie at the Manitoba 4-H Council office at 204-726-1914 or via email at kmccallum@4h.mb.ca.
