New health restrictions are in effect as of Tuesday, October 5, 2021 and the province has moved into the Orange (Restricted) level on the pandemic emergency response system. At a special M4HC Board Meeting on October 4, by unanimous vote, the Directors decided that, effective immediately and until further notice, everyone who participates/attends in-person 4-H Manitoba activities (indoor/outdoor), who is eligible to be vaccinated, 12 years and older, must be fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated people are still able to participate virtually, either with their club or through M4HC virtual programming. Click here to read current Manitoba Public Health Order.
