Celebrate National Volunteer Week – Help us Highlight our Incredible 4-H Volunteers!

National Volunteer Week is taking place April 19-25, 2026, and at 4-H Manitoba, we are proud to celebrate the dedicated individuals who make our program possible.

Volunteers are the backbone of 4-H. Their time, leadership, and commitment play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our members — helping young people build confidence, develop skills, and grow into the community leaders of tomorrow. Quite simply, 4-H would not exist without the passion and dedication of our volunteers.

To recognize and celebrate these outstanding contributions, we are inviting submissions to be featured on 4-H Manitoba’s social media channels throughout National Volunteer Week.

How to Participate:

We encourage individuals, clubs, members, and communities to submit a volunteer spotlight that includes:

  • A photo of the volunteer
  • A short write-up highlighting their involvement with 4-H Manitoba

Submissions may include details such as:

  • How long they have been involved
  • Their role or capacity within 4-H
  • What inspires them to volunteer
  • Why they believe 4-H is important

Submit your entries to: kmccallum@4h.mb.ca by April 17th, 2026

This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize the individuals who give so much to support 4-H and to share their stories across the province. Join us in celebrating the people who help make 4-H Manitoba a strong, vibrant community and who are instrumental in developing the next generation of leaders.
