Halee Piasta and Emily Robb will join the Manitoba 4-H Council Board as new Adult Directors along with Wenda Best, who is returning for another two-year term. Scarlett Friesen and Emily Mryglod will become new Youth Directors. They will join Laura Seward, who is returning for a second one-year term. The 2024-25 term will begin at the November 16 Board meeting.
M4HC invites current members aged 16 to 24 (as at February 2025) to apply to become the YAC Representative. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of and involvement in our provincial program and be an active member in good standing. Please click here for application form.

Congratulations to Halee Piasta and Brooklyn Piasta, who are among eight 4-Hers to be awarded the McDonald’s Canada Future of Agriculture 4-H Scholarship. The scholarships, worth $5,000.00 each, were offered to 4-H members who aim to advance important work in sustainability through a career in agriculture.
Congratulations to Judah Chepil and Raylyn Koshowski, who are among the 15 recipients of the John Deere Canada 4-H Scholarship. They each were awarded $1,000.00. The scholarships are granted to those pursuing a post-secondary education at a Canadian college or university in a degree, certificate or trade-based program.
