Chaperone for 4-H Members Forum

Regina, SK – November 21-26, 2026

One 4-H Manitoba YPP screened leader will be selected to chaperone seven 4-H Manitoba members to this conference. The chaperone must be at least 25 years of age and will be responsible for the health, safety and emotional well-being of the delegates, aged 15 to 21 years.

• Costs: No costs to the chaperone other than personal spending money.
• The chaperone will participate as a staff member at the conference.

Eligibility for the above opportunities:

• Leaders must be enrolled for the 2026-27 year with an active 4-H Manitoba Club
• Must be YPP screened

Application process:

1. Fill out the 2026 Leader Chaperone Application
2. Submit the completed application form to Linda McRae-Walker at 658 Unit A 10th St. Brandon, MB R7A 4G5, Email: lmcrae-walker@4h.mb.ca.  Applications must be postmarked or email-dated on or before Friday, July 3, 2026.
