Taylor Carlson, member of the Elm Creek 4-H Beef Club was selected to attend Global Youth Institute in 2017. She spoke at Ag Ex 2019 about her experience and what she learned at the event.

Autumn Smith was selected to represent Manitoba at Canadian Youth Speakers for Agriculture in 2018 in the Junior Category. She is a member of the Poplar Hill 4-H Club and the Westman 4-H Horse Club.
