Head Leaders are reminded to bring their binders to Reorg meetings. To be environmentally friendly, M4HC will be updating some of the sections instead of replacing the entire binder. Leaders of new 4-H clubs will receive binders containing all the sections. Southwest Area Council’s Boissevain Zone Reorganization meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 12 in Boissevain, while the Brandon Zone Reorg is set for Tuesday, September 13 in Brandon. South Interlake AC’s Reorg meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 13 in Stonewall and South Parkland Area Council will hold its Reorganization on Thursday, September 15 in Oakburn. Central Plains AC’s Reorg meeting will be held on Monday, September 19 in MacGregor while Southwest AC’s Virden/Melita Zones Reorg meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 20 in Pipestone. For more information, contact your Club Support Coordinator.
With the new 4-H year underway, Head Leaders, members and families are reminded to accept the @4h.mb.ca domain as a trusted sender in their email systems to ensure they will receive correspondence from staff.
