4-H Manitoba has established a task force to consider how our organization will address applicable TRC Calls to Action. As a way to begin our understanding, the first activity is hosting a virtual Blanket Exercise on Wednesday, September 29. The 4-H Canada Science Fair is an opportunity for you to explore, experiment and discover! Through this program, 4-H youth plan, research, complete and submit science fair projects, independently or as pairs, to be judged virtually, in the hopes of moving to our second round and ultimately to the Canada-Wide Science Fair. The 4-H Canada Science Fair is open to 4-Hers in grades 7 to 12 or enrolled in CÉGEP. Registration for the 2022 4-H Canada Science Fair will close January 14, 2022.
The new e-mentorship pilot program is an opportunity for 4-H members 18-25 to engage in an individualized, longer-term mentorship with a mentor from a particular career field, business sector, or with whom members share similar skills and interests. Stay tuned for more information!
