New health restrictions are in effect as of Friday, September 3, 2021 and the province remains in the Yellow (Caution) level on the pandemic emergency response system. 4-H Manitoba is following provincial health guidelines. A gathering may take place at an outdoor location if the number of persons at the gathering does not exceed the lesser of 50% of the capacity of the location of the gathering or 150 persons, whichever is greater. Gatherings at indoor facilities must adhere to specific facility regulations. Please click here to read current Manitoba Public Health Order. All 4-H Manitoba leaders and volunteers must be YPP approved. 4-H Manitoba leaders are encouraged to contact their RCMP detachments to enquire if they have resumed Criminal Record Checks. Child Abuse Registry applications and references must still be submitted to the M4HC office.
