Thank you 4-H Manitoba Leaders for everything you do for our members and clubs.Tonight we are looking forward to celebrating the recipients of the Premier's Volunteer Service Award. This award was established to honour and recognize the valuable service performed by volunteers throughout the province. The award has three categories; individual, youth and community groups.
