Manitoba Farm Safety Program (FSP) – Farm Safety Workshop – Register by January 10, 2018
On January 23, FSP is hosting a free Emergency Planning workshop at the Delta Hotel in Winnipeg open to all, with participation from the RCMP, Manitoba 911 Service, and Manitoba Medical First Responders. Activities include running through mock scenarios, and learning about available technological solutions for areas with poor cellular service (and where to buy them). Brandon Wheat Kings – Salute to 4-H Night – Friday, February 2nd
The Western Hockey League’s Brandon Wheat Kings, in association with Enns Brothers, have announced the “Salute to Southwest 4-H” game will take place Feb. 2nd. Manitoba 4-H Council is encouraging all those attending the February 2nd Brandon Wheat Kings game to please bring a donation of new mittens/gloves, scarves or toques. 4-H Manitoba Intermediate Member Overnight Camp – April 14-15, 2018 – Help Wanted
Manitoba 4-H Council is looking for a couple of new committee members who are willing to take on a two-year term. We understand that our volunteers are busy with many other things in their lives, but we want to remind potential committee members that there’s a lot of support from the office staff when it comes to planning these events.
