The Canadian Young Speakers for Agriculture Competition was a great learning experience for 4-H Manitoba member Abbey Chubaty. The competition took place November 5th in Toronto ON, in coordination with the Royal Agriculture Winter Fair. Chubaty competed in the junior category. She was awarded the trip through the Manitoba 4-H Council by winning her speaking category at the Provincial Communication Extravaganza and then winning a competition between the provincial winners by submitting the best speech on a topic provided by the CYSA competition.
