Manitoba 4-H Council President, Carlie Whetter, presented Agriculture Minister Ralph Eichler with a certificate naming him as an honorary 4-H leader for 2017, along with Premier Brian Pallister, on the opening day of Ag Days 2017 for the launch of 4-H alumni Club 1913 in Manitoba.
