In this training you will learn about mental health and illness, how to promote wellbeing in your own life, how to recognize when someone is struggling with their mental health, and how to provide assistance.

The training has been developed specifically for farmers and will be delivered by Kim Moffat, a mental health professional with lived farm experience.

Please visit https://www.manitobafarmsafety.ca/upcoming-events to learn more and register for a session that suits your schedule.
